SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will be processed within 48 hours from the time it was placed.
Shipping Costs: NOVAA offers free shipping on all orders over $50, using USPS or UPS 5-7 day ground. All orders under $50 are a flat rate of $5. Expedited 2-day shipping is available for a flat rate of $8.
Tracking: A email with your tracking number will be sent when your shipping label has been created.
Lost Packages: If for some reason you package(s) gets lost, contact hello@shopnovaa.com and we will help resolve the issue.
RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise purchased from NOVAA, within 30 days of your order.
In-Person Purchase Returns: If you purchased an item in-person that needs to be returned, please email hello@shopnovaa.com and we will email you a return shipping label with instructions on how to return your item(s).
Online Purchase Returns: A return label will be included in packaging for all online orders. Follow the steps below to send the returned item back to NOVAA:
- Place the returned item back in its original packaging (or use your own packaging).
- Tape the return shipping label over the original shipping label.
- Drop it off at your local USPS Post Office or give it to your local Postal Service Person.
- NOVAA will issue your refund once the returned item has been received. See 'Refund Payment Processing' for more details.
Refund Payment Processing: Once we receive your return, you will be refunded using your original form of payment within 2 business days. Original shipping charges, duties or taxes are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Item: Please inspect your order upon reception. In the unlikely event that an item in your order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@shopnovaa.com so that we can resolve the issue for you.
Canceling an Order: To cancel an order email hello@shopnovaa.com. If the order hasn't shipped we will refund you immediately. If the order has shipped follow the return instructions.
EXCHANGE POLICY
To exchange an item you can do either of the following:
- Place an order for the new item(s) to ship immediately. Then follow the return policy instructions to return the unwanted item for a full refund.
- Email hello@shopnovaa.com to facilitate the exchange directly with a team member.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Some items sold at NOVAA are final sale. If an item is final sale, it will be stated clearly in the product description. These items will not be returnable or refundable.
